PTN3900 is located in the transport network convergence and core layer equipment, with all-media access, all-media synchronization, all-media management and other functions, can work with other PTN products to build end-to-end packet transport network, reduce network TCO, improve service deployment and network operation and maintenance efficiency.

Product characteristics
A 100% packet architecture is adopted to build a platform for the multi-service bearer and unified scheduling with packet services as the main body, so as to flexibly meet the current and future service bearer needs.
IEEE 1588V2 and synchronization Ethernet clocks are provided, which perfectly solves the clock synchronization problem of the mobile packet bearer network and saves additional synchronization network investment.
Provide QoS-TE function on the network side, provide hierarchical QoS service strategy on the user side, realize the unified allocation and supervision of network resources as a whole, provide a finer and more reasonable network resource allocation mode, and comprehensively improve the utilization of bandwidth.
It has a hardware-based OAM mechanism, supports a large number of OAM streams and service protection groups, ensures that the end-to-end protection switching time is less than 50ms, and provides an operation and maintenance platform at the operation level.
Provide a unified high-performance network management platform U2000 network management system, through simple and efficient end-to-end service deployment and OAM, greatly improve the service operation capacity and maintenance efficiency of the packet network.

Product applications and customer interests
Huawei PTN series of multi-service packet transmission equipment has been commercially used on a large scale, serving more than 80 operators around the world, reducing the TCO of operators, saving bandwidth costs, and improving the efficiency of service deployment and network operation and maintenance.
